1. Agreement Scope
These terms govern the relationship between StaffBeacon and the Client for the introduction and supply of temporary or permanent personnel. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Our Obligations
We will use reasonable endeavours to introduce candidates who meet the Client's requirements. We perform initial screenings, right-to-work checks, and qualification verifications as standard practice.
3. Fees and Payment
Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.
